Dinners to Go: June Menu, This is your last chance to have a delicious pre-made meal from Dinners to Go before we take a break for the summer. McDougall Scholarship Update June 6, 2025, We have received 8 scholarship applications and have funds available for only 6, so two of the eight will be rejected. Thanks you to all who have contributed to this cause. Please mark your calendar for Scholarship Sunday, this year it will be June 29. Winners to be announced prior to then. Cell Tower Construction: Thank you to Rudy for sending in photos of our cell tower being constructed.
Acadia Pantry Donation Request: CAN YOU HELP? The Acadia Food Pantry continues to support their users with our monthly Pantry. We did not have a fundraiser this April as we have in prior years. As a volunteer I am putting forth a request for donations of canned meats such as tuna and/or peanut butter. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. I will be at church for the remaining Sundays in June to receive your items. Thank you for your kindness. Marilyn Bates

Neighbour Day Fun: Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate Neighbour Day on Saturday, June 21st. We were thrilled to provide space for this fun event that was put on by the Acadia Community Association. Here are a few pictures that were taken at the event. Photos include: Mayor Jodi Gondek, NDP Leader Naheed Nenshi as well as members from McDougall and the community.
Email Blast - Summer Schedule: Starting on July 4th our weekly email blast will go out every other Friday. This will happen over the summer months when things are quieter. See the schedule on our website.
Congratulations Semhar! Recently Semhar graduated from Wins 6 week course, "Retail Ready". This helps individuals gain the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful in the retail industry. The photo is of a special award she received. She is currently looking for a job. Her girls love Kids Table on Sunday. Make sure you congratulate her next time you see her.
